Welcome to the St. James Village Business Improvement Zone (BIZ). On behalf of the Board of Management and all the merchants located within the BIZ area, I welcome and encourage you to visit our unique little community.

The St. James Village is an eclectric mix of businesses that include many independent professional services, mom and pop to fine restaurants, vibrant boutiques and shops, and some of the best specialty retailers in Winnipeg.

The Board is continually working towards defining the zone as a distinct destination, with our historical murals, area identifiers, streetscaping, youth and community involvement programs and our very successful street party. The Board is composed entirely of voluntary members from local businesses in the zone. All of us invite you to come and join us in discovering why the St. James Village is indeed the heart of Sunny St. James.
